Challanges

Battery port negative and positive forming from aluminium melt to solid part by small forging inhouse process. This both port need to be use immedately for battery assembly line. After forming to the solid shape port having very high temperature and end user using stardard air blowing concpet to coll down which performing very slow cooling which causes product speed variation

Key Initiatives

We provided DX air conditioning system which has multiple stages of cooling. This system was installed to cool battery process & the hot part to quick cool & settled to increase the battery production. Normal case manufacturer required to reduce battery production speed as per hot part, lead & port cooling time.



Key Impacts

I'm glad to hear that the solution of reducing the initial temperature to 20°C has proven successful in improving the cooling process and increasing production efficiency.
