Mother Dairy is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board which is a statutory body under the ownership of the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of the Government of India that manufactures, markets and sells milk and dairy products.
Challenges
Uninsulated pasteurizers in the aseptic area have created hazardous working conditions with temperatures reaching 70°C, endangering workers and hampering production efficiency. Ensuring worker safety and maintaining product quality are imperative. Pasteurizers difficult to insulate properly so Temperature control inside the area with worker comfort and process efficiency, yielding substantial benefits.
Key Initiatives
We provided Single Stage Evaporative cooling solutions with customised coolers. All fresh and cooled air provided at working zone and propeller fan installed at hot zone. all generated heat exhausted with the help of propeller fans mounted at ceiling and other are filled with fresh cold air
Key Impacts
Aseptic Area maintained at 31 Deg C even high heat dissipation by non insulated Tube and Tube type pasteurizer. All hot zone installed and exhausted heat directly after generation and other working zone feeded with fresh cool air with help of Single stage Evaporative Coolers.
