Challanges

Uninsulated pasteurizers in the aseptic area have created hazardous working conditions with temperatures reaching 70°C, endangering workers and hampering production efficiency. Ensuring worker safety and maintaining product quality are imperative. Pasteurizers difficult to insulate properly so Temperature control inside the areawith worker comfort and process efficiency, yielding substantial benefits.



Key Initiatives

We provided Packaged air conditioner which has installed in a specate room. Room provided with return air, Supply air and fresh air concept. All heat dessipated from the pasteurizers has cooled by Package air conditioner and whatever amount of fresh air and return air requirement can be control with customised room.All heat dessipated from machine during process will be collected and return to the Package ac room, it colled and added with some amount of fresh air

Key Impacts

Aseptic Area maintained at 30 Deg C even high heat dessipation by non insulated Tube and Tube type pasturisers. all operator can work properly without any heat issues, even high temperature machine working sopt cooled with fresh for healty operations.

We provided ISO class 100000 Cleanroom class for Tetra Pak filling station which taking care of Relative Humidity as well as Temperature inside area. Tetra Pak Packing Area need bottom side Cool air and opposite top side return air concept. Room also nned to be kept possitive pressure of 10-15 Pa so all outsuide air dust and humidity will not impact on Paking Process.
